At MONVATOO London, our top priority is to satisfy all our fans. We take very good care of all our creations and always ensure that all our jewellery collections achieve the very high standards we’re continuously setting ourselves before they are shipped to our customers. But we also offer a ‘Return & Refund’ policy: jewellery pieces purchased on our online shop may be refunded up to 14 days after their receipt. Unfortunately, no returns will be accepted after this 14-day period. There is also an exception for earrings which we can neither refund nor exchange due to hygiene reasons.

If you’ve just purchased a jewellery piece from our online shop and wish to return it for a refund or exchange, please drop us a line at contact@monvatoo.co.uk to advise us about your planned return and indicate your preferred refund option. We will advise you the return address. You will then need to safely pack your item back in its original pouch bag and box then send your jewellery back to us using a secure postal delivery service and provide us with a tracking number so we can follow the parcel’s delivery status.

Upon reception of the item(s), and providing your jewellery is non-faulty, unworn and returned in the exact same saleable conditions as when purchased, we will automatically exchange or credit the due amount within 7 working days. Please note that you will bear the postal return costs which are non refundable.

All our animal rings are made of solid brass and are either plated, enamelled and/or hand-painted allowing them to be extremely durable. Just like all plated rings, to ensure they look immaculate for years to come, we recommend you to follow a few simple care instructions:

• Avoid contact with any cleaning agents such as perfume, skin creams, hairspray etc. Our creatures just don’t like them very much! Please applying any cosmetics and scents before you put on your jewellery.
• Remove it when washing your hands, showering, swimming etc. to avoid any chemical reactions between alloys contained in our rings and cleaning agents. You don’t want to upset your creature do you?
• Use a soft cotton cloth to help freshen it up occasionally, it’s just like giving it a warm cuddle! How lovely.
• An inexpensive but very effective tip to further protect your ring is to apply a thin layer of transparent nail varnish on it. This will of course wear off overtime, so be sure to re-apply some more as required. Our rings love a bit of pampering from time to time, who doesn’t?
• Exposure to the air and environment can cause them to tarnish over time. Therefore, we recommend storing your jewellery in a zip lock bag before putting him in our nice pouch bag. These will secure him looking newer for longer. Also, please separate each jewellery in each bag so they won’t scratch against each other.
• Although not necessary but a common practice for all plated jewellery, you can have your ring re-plated by a jeweller if you wish to restore its shine and sparkle. Again, not necessary, only a nice to have if you want to treat your creature occasionally!

You can wear your little creature on any finger!

On your ring finger, your middle finger, your index finger, your pinky finger and even your thumb! That’s right, all our rings are one size fits all (adjustable-band), allowing you to wear them on the finger of your choice.

To adjust your ring size, simply press the base of the ring band outward or inward to increase or decrease the ring diameter to fit the finger you want to wear it on. You can also visit a jeweller who can easily do this for you.
